If you are reading this, something may have gone wrong during your most recent fishing adventure, at Assassin we stand by the quality and performance of our products, and as such we have a 12-month warranty, please see the details below of what our warranty covers and how to submit a claim:
Coverage:
- The Assassin Warranty is valid for 12 months from date of purchase and is not transferable
- We cover the blank for breakages due to manufacturing faults or defects, as well as workmanship in regard to the assembly/fitment of components
- The components themselves such as Grips, Winches, Guides etc. are unfortunately not covered
- Ifish Tackle Wholesalers reserves the right to either repair or replace at our discretion
How to Submit a Claim:
- The full rod must be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased along with proof of purchase dated within 12 months
- The retailer will then take in the rod, after which they will liaise with Ifish Tackle Wholesalers to have an assessment carried out.
- Once the assessment is completed, the retailer will provide you with feedback on what the next steps will be in order to get you fishing again
